4 WEEK TRAINING PLANS

4 Week Training Plans are a great way to learn and grow your game!

Students will receive more dedicated and personalized attention from Suzee as she works to help them achieve their goals.

Student training outside of the lessons is critical to progress. Suzee requires students to commit to a minimum of 2 drilling sessions per week of 1-2 hours and 1 purposeful playing session per week of 2 hours.

PLAN DETAILS

Goal Setting

Prior to starting the 4 week Training Plan students will be given a goal setting worksheet to fill out and share with Suzee. Purposeful and measurable goals are critical to student growth.

Weekly Progress Log and Homework
A google doc will be shared between Suzee and the student. Notes will be provided after each lesson with information tailored to the students needs and what was worked on. Drilling homework and playing homework will also be provided each week to the student.

Mental Training
Students will be required to keep a mental skills journal- preferably on a google doc shared with Suzee. Brief but purposeful entries will be written after each playing session both with and without Suzee.
 

Video Analysis

These are vital tools in developing and measuring a student's growth. The first video analysis will be submitted 1 week prior to beginning lessons with Suzee. This helps her to create your training plan according to the students specific needs. It also provides a beginning benchmark. The second analysis will be done after all lessons are completed.  This is a great way to see and notate your progress. Video footage requests are handled through Suzee on specific courts.

 

Private Drilling Sessions

Club Pickleball USA offers private drilling sessions with skilled players. Specialists will be available to schedule via the Drilling Specialist GroupMe and can help to execute the student’s drilling homework each week. Drilling Specialists report back to Suzee after each drilling session to further help her tailor your improvement plan.

 

Private Lesson

1-on-1 attention from Suzee focusing on your specific needs and training plan. 

 

Curated Group Lesson

This play based lesson is a great way to implement the skills students are honing into game play. Suzee acquires/curates the playing group to best suit the needs of the student and what they are working on.
